MILLS FARM has a commercial partnership with NZ POST. This guarantees delivery within 48 hours anywhere in New Zealand.
Our partnership allows us to ensure that your parcels are handled with care and that queen bees are stored carefully throughout the transport process.
INCIDENTS OF ANY KIND
Delivery insurance is calculated per kilogram transported, which is a derisory amount. Furthermore, no carrier will reimburse the cost of transporting live animals if the general terms and conditions of delivery are not met (delayed delivery, damage to the parcel).
For New Zealand:
If you have chosen NZ POST (tracked parcels) as your carrier, you should receive your queens within 48 hours of dispatch. After this time:

- You will receive the parcel tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed over for export.
- I will add a health certificate upon request.
